All booking requests are accepted in advance only, (not less than 15 days before the service date). Simultaneous and Consecutive Interpretation services and professional equipment installation subject to availability.
You can cancel your booking 10 days before the day of service. No refund applies for cancellations received later than 10 days before the day of service.
All the confirmed services must be paid not later than 10 days before the activity date. You can pay in USD by bank wire transfer to the PRO ACADEM TOURS RD SRL account listed on our official invoice. We add an 8% charge to all online payments.
Prior to any trip all travelers have to get an adequate and valid international travel insurance covering medical and personal accidents, as well as repatriation costs and emergency evacuation.
