This information allows our team to arrange your private transportation, assign your professional driver and an official guide, and ensure a smooth, comfortable, and personalized overnight tour experience. All reservations are subject to availability, and full payment is required to secure your booking. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to guarantee your preferred date.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 8 days prior to the activity date. No refund applies for cancellations received less than 7 days before the scheduled tour pick-up time.
If your plans change, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will be happy to assist you and explore the best available options.
Payment Terms
Payment can be made in USD by bank wire transfer to the PRO ACADEM TOURS RD SRL account listed on your official invoice. A 5% processing fee applies to all online payments.
In some cases, cash payment may be accepted if agreed upon in advance by both parties and confirmed in writing. Please follow the payment instructions on your invoice to ensure proper processing and timely confirmation of your booking.
