All booking requests for private transfer SDQ-PUJ can be accepted in advance only, (not less than 72 hours before the service date). Full payment will be charged upon confirmation of services.
You can cancel your booking 24 hours before the day of service. No refund applies for cancellations received less than 24 hours before the day of service.
You can pay in USD by bank wire transfer to the PRO ACADEM TOURS RD SRL account listed on our official invoice. We add an 8% charge to all online payments.
For private transfers, each passenger may bring one large suitcase a handbag and a backpack. Vehicle luggage space is limited, so extra or oversized baggage might not fit and could require separate transportation at the client’s expense.
Medical and Travel insurance are not included. All travelers are required to have adequate and valid international travel insurance covering medical and personal accidents, as well as repatriation costs and emergency evacuation.
