Advance Booking Notice
To ensure the best possible service, please submit your booking request by email at book@academtours.com at least 72 hours before your scheduled transfer date. Include the passenger list, service date, and the hotel name in SAnto Domingo so we can coordinate your group pickup and prepare a personalized meet-and-greet sign with your company or event name.
This information allows our team to arrange your private vehicle, assign your professional driver, and ensure a smooth and comfortable arrival experience. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled service date. However, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
If your group plans change, please inform us as soon as possible, and our team will be glad to assist you.
Payment Terms
You can pay in USD by bank wire transfer to the PRO ACADEM TOURS RD SRL account listed on your official invoice. We apply an 8% processing fee to all online payments.
In some cases, we may accept cash payment upon arrival if both parties agree in advance and confirm it in writing. Please follow the payment instructions on your invoice to ensure proper processing and confirmation of your booking.
Baggage Policy
For the private group transfer SDQ-PUJ, each passenger may bring up to one large suitcase and a handbag or a backpack. . Please note that bus luggage space is limited. Additional or oversized baggage may not fit and could require separate transportation, which would be arranged at the client’s expense. We recommend informing us in advance if you plan to travel with extra or special luggage so we can assist you accordingly.
International Medical & Travel Insurance Policy
