This information allows our team to prepare your private vehicle, assign your professional driver and guide, and ensure a smooth, comfortable, and memorable Dominican cultural experience. All reservations are subject to availability, and full payment is required to secure your booking. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to guarantee your preferred date.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days prior to the activity date.
No refund applies for cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour pick-up time or day of service.
If your plans change, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will be happy to assist you and explore the best available options.
In the event that Monte Plata Province authorities prohibit all the activities due to weather conditions or safety concerns, confirmed bookings will be eligible for a refund.
Payment Terms
Payment can be made in USD by bank wire transfer to the PRO ACADEM TOURS RD SRL account listed on your official invoice. An 8% processing fee applies to all online payments.
In some cases, cash payment may be accepted one day before the tour, provided both parties agree in advance and confirm it in writing. Please follow the payment instructions on your invoice to ensure proper processing and timely confirmation of your booking.

Health & Safety: This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with serious medical conditions.
Recommended Attire: Wear light, comfortable clothing, long pants or jeans, and closed-toe shoes suitable for tropical countryside activities.

Punctuality: To ensure a timely departure, please be ready at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time. Missed departures ("no-shows") are non-refundable
