To confirm the Full-Day Zipline & Cascade Rush Adventure from Santo Domingo, please submit your booking request by email at book@academtours.com at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance. Kindly include your name, number of participants, preferred tour date, and hotel name so we can arrange your hotel pickup and coordinate your private tour.

This information allows our team to prepare your private vehicle, assign your professional driver and guide, and ensure a smooth, comfortable, and memorable eco tour experience. All reservations are subject to availability, and full payment is required to secure your booking. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to guarantee your preferred date.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days prior to the activity date.

No refund applies for cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour pick-up time or day of service.

If your plans change, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will be happy to assist you and explore the best available options.

In the event that Damajagua National Ecological Park authorities prohibit all the activities due to weather conditions or safety concerns, confirmed bookings will be eligible for a refund.

Payment Terms

Payment can be made in USD by bank wire transfer to the PRO ACADEM TOURS RD SRL account listed on your official invoice. An 8% processing fee applies to all online payments.

In some cases, cash payment may be accepted one day before the tour, provided both parties agree in advance and confirm it in writing. Please follow the payment instructions on your invoice to ensure proper processing and timely confirmation of your booking.

Zipline & Cascade Rush Adventure – Requirements & Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please note the following:

Tour Restrictions:
Participants must be 15 years or older. Maximum weight limit is 113.4 kg (250 pounds). To qualify for the published group rate, a minimum of 10 participants is required. Maximum capacity: 50 people.

Allergies & Diets:
Please advise us of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions at the time of booking.

Physical Wellness:
Guests should be in good physical condition to safely participate in the activities.

Health & Safety:
This tour is not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with serious medical conditions.

Recommended Attire:
Wear light, comfortable clothing, water shoes, and swimwear suitable for sun and river activities.

What to Bring:
A beach towel, swimsuit, insect repellent, and sunscreen.

Pre-Tour Preparation:
Please do not consume alcohol the day before the tour. We also recommend having breakfast at your hotel prior to the scheduled pick-up time.

Punctuality:
To ensure a timely departure, please be ready at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time. Missed departures (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

International Medical & Travel Insurance Policy

Your Full-Day Zipline & Cascade Rush Adventure does not include personal or group international medical or travel insurance. For your safety and peace of mind, each participant is required to obtain valid international travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, emergency evacuation, and repatriation.

This coverage protects each traveler throughout the experience and helps ensure a safe, secure, and worry-free journey.
