All booking requests are accepted in advance only. Service confirmation depends on availability. Full payment is required to confirm the service.  

You can cancel your booking not less than 3 days prior the activity day. No refund applies for cancellations received less than 2 days before the day of service. 

You can pay in USD by bank wire transfer to the PRO ACADEM TOURS RD SRL account listed on our official invoice. We add an 8% charge to all online payments.

Fall and Flight Adventure Requirements & Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please note the following:

1. Tour Restrictions: Participants 15+ Only; Weight limit 113.4 kg (250 pounds); To qualify for the published price, a group must have at least 10 people; Maximum  capacity - 50 people. 
2. Allergies & Diets: Please advise us of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions at the time of booking.
3. Physical Wellness: Guests should be in good physical condition to participate in activities safely.
4. Health & Safety: This tour is not suitable for pregnant women or for people with serious medical conditions.
5. Recommended Attire: Wear light, comfortable clothing, water shoes, and swimwear suitable for sun and river activities.
6. What to bring: A beach towel, swimsuit, bug spray and sunscreen.
7. Pre-Tour Preparation: Please, do not consume alcohol the day before the tour and have breakfast at your hotel prior to pick-up time.
8. Punctuality: To ensure a timely departure, please be ready at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time. Missed departures ("no-shows") are non-refundable.

Medical and Travel insurance are not included. All travelers are required to have an adequate and valid international travel insurance covering medical and personal accidents, as well as repatriation costs and emergency evacuation.
