All booking requests are accepted in advance only. Service confirmation depends on availability. Full payment is required to confirm the service.
You can cancel your booking not less than 4 days prior the activity day. No refund applies for cancellations received less than 72 hours before the pick-up time of the private tour.
In case local naval authorities ban sailing activities due to weather conditions or safety concerns, the confirmed booking is eligible for a refund.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please note the following:
- Private Party Cruise Restrictions: The price is per person; To qualify for the published price, a group must have at least 25 people; Maximum boat capacity - 45 people.
- Allergies & Diets: Please advise us of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions at the time of booking.
- Physical Wellness: Guests should be in good physical condition to board, move around the boat, and participate in activities safely.
- Health & Safety: This tour is not suitable for pregnant women or for people with serious medical conditions.
- Recommended Attire: Wear light, comfortable clothing and swimwear suitable for sun and sea activities.
- What to bring: A beach towel, swimsuit and a sunscreen.
- Pre-Tour Preparation: Please have breakfast or lunch at your hotel prior to pick-up time.
- Punctuality: To ensure a timely departure, please be ready at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time. Missed departures ("no-shows") are non-refundable.
Medical and Travel insurance are not included. All travelers are required to have adequate and valid international travel insurance covering medical and personal accidents, as well as repatriation costs and emergency evacuation.
