How can I book a tour or service in the Dominican Republic?
To book a tour or service, email us at book@academtours.com. We handle all reservations via email to ensure accuracy and security.
Can I book via Messenger or social media?
Currently, all bookings and reservations must be submitted via email only. Please send your request to book@academtours.com.
What details should I include in my inquiry?
To start your booking, include:

When do I pay for my confirmed tour booking?
According to the type of your tour full payment is due at least from 7 to 15 days before the first day of your tour. Your confirmation email will include an official invoice with payment instructions.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Can I cancel my booking?
Transfers, one-day tours, or excursions: Cancel at least 72 hours before the tour for a full refund.
Tours with accommodation: Cancel at least 16 days before the tour day. Cancellations made within 15 days are non-refundable.
