You can cancel your booking 48 hours before the day of service. No refund applies for cancellations received less than 24 hours before the day of service.
You can pay in USD by bank wire transfer to the PRO ACADEM TOURS RD SRL account listed on our official invoice. We add an 8% charge to all online payments.
For private group transfers, each passenger may bring one large suitcase and one handbag or backpack. Bus luggage space is limited, so extra or oversized baggage might not fit and could require separate transportation at the group’s expense.
Medical and Travel insurance are not included. All travelers have to get an adequate and valid international travel insurance covering medical and personal accidents, as well as repatriation costs and emergency evacuation.
