All booking requests are accepted in advance only, (not less than 15 days before the service date). The services and confirmations subject to availability.
You can cancel your booking 10 days before the day of service. No refund applies for cancellations received later than 10 days before the day of service.
All the confirmed services must be paid not later than 10 days before the activity date. Any payment can be done in USD via bank wire transfer to the account under the name of our company PRO ACADEM TOURS RD SRL indicated in our official invoice.
All online payments subject to 8% of extra charge.
Medical and Travel insurance are not included. All travelers are required to have adequate and valid international travel insurance covering medical and personal accidents, as well as repatriation costs and emergency evacuation.
Citizens of many different countries are not required visa to enter the Dominican Republic. But there are some as Venezuela, Cuba, Haiti, China, Belarus, India and others are required to have visa. Please, be sure you are not required visa depending on your citizenship.
