How can I book a tour o service?

Can I book via messenger or other means of social communication?

All bookings or reservations are accepted via email only. Mailto: book@academtours.com

What information my enquiry should contain?

It's recommendable to indicate the tour name, dates, your expectations and number of participants and their real age to start a booking process. 

What if I just want to book an airport transfer what info should I submit?

If you book an airport transfer service, please, state the following information in your request:
Date of arrival, Name of air company and a number of your flight (ex. AA1820), time of arrival and number of  passengers. In case you have a heavy baggage, please let us know. 

How much time does it take to get my booking confirmation?

It takes from 24 to 48 hours to confirm your booking. In case of tour & trip packages a nonrefundable deposit is required to get your final confirmation.

How can I get all the information I need?

When should I pay for my confirmed booking?

An invoice is always attached to our confirmation mail. Full payment should be done not less than 10 days before the first tour day. 

Methods of payment?

Bank wire transfer. Any payment can be done in USD via bank wire transfer to the account under the name of our company PRO ACADEM TOURS RD SRL indicated in our official invoice.
All online payments subject to 8% of extra charge. 

Can I cancel my booking?

Regular booking of transfers, one day tours or excursions can be canceled without penalties not less than 72 hours before the tour day.

In case of tours and trips with accommodation You can cancel your tour booking not less than 10 days prior the activity day. No refund applies for cancellations received less than 10 days before the day of service. 

Medical and Travel insurance are not included. All travelers are required to have adequate and valid international travel insurance covering medical and personal accidents, as well as repatriation costs and emergency evacuation. 

Citizens of many different countries are not required visa to enter the Dominican Republic. But there are some as Venezuela, Cuba, Haiti, China, Belarus, India and others are required to have visa. Please, be sure you are not required visa depending on your citizenship.
