All booking requests are accepted in advance only. The indicated rate is per a DBL room per one night stay with a condition of 3-night minimum stay with transfer included. Booking confirmation depends on availability. Full payment is required not later than 7 days before the arrival.
You can cancel your booking not less than 3 days prior the date of your arrival. No refund applies for cancellations received less than 48 hours before the day of service.
Any payment can be done in USD via bank wire transfer to the account under the name of our company PRO ACADEM TOURS RD SRL indicated in our official invoice.

Medical and Travel insurance are not included. All travelers are required to have adequate and valid international travel insurance covering medical and personal accidents, as well as repatriation costs and emergency evacuation.
Citizens of many different countries are not required visa to enter the Dominican Republic. But there are some as Venezuela, Cuba, Haiti, China, Belarus, India and others are required to have visa. Please, be sure you are not required visa depending on your citizenship.
